Capital Karate excited to announce that we are offering karate classes for children ages 6 and up.
Classes take place in Adams Morgan/Columbia Heights. Parents love our karate classes because of the valuable life skills we teach our young students. Our classes provide children with the self-esteem, confidence & respect that will help them not just succeed, but soar in all areas of their lives. Teachers love what we teach, coaches do too. Besides self-defense skills, classes at Capital Karate give children the tools they need to excel in every field they choose to pursue.
Classes are taught exclusively by Sensei Miko Peled, 6th degree Black Belt.
Sensei Miko Peled, 6th Degree Black Belt
Trained in Jerusalem, London, Tokyo and Okinawa,Sensei Miko is a TOGKF certified instructor with over 35 years of teaching experience. Located in Okinawa, Japan, TOGKF is one of the most respected karate organizations in the world.
Sensei Peled has been teaching for close to four decades. Before coming to DC he had a karate school in Coronado, California where he taught hundreds of students over several decades. He developed curricula for children as young as 4 years old, and above.
